Behavioural assessment support

​The Bid Coach helps teams to prepare for behavioural assessment using a blend of the following services. These are tuned to the needs of your team and the procurement process you are following. There is no formula or off-the-shelf process and our approach is always positive.

Individual behavioural profiles: gain the insights you need to direct the whole process. We also coach team members on their profile.

Initial team behavioural review: get clear objective advice on the potential strengths and weaknesses of the proposed team and recommendations to improve the team profile.

Behavioural training and coaching: team members develop awareness and understanding about their own and others’ behaviour. Improve communication, engagement and commitment for current and future bids.

Behavioural CVs and interviews: one-to-one interviews help draw out clear examples of when the behaviours claimed were demonstrated in real life.

Continuing development coaching: starts after preferred bidder status to include client team members and any replacement operational team members.

Using proven team building exercises and live examples of assessment centre tests you get a ‘client’s-eye view’ of team performance.
