A new year is always a good time for reassessing what we do. I’m not one for New Year’s resolutions but it’s often a good idea to use natural breaks in the calendar to trigger an evaluation of where we’re going and what we’re doing. Otherwise the day-to-day pressures swallow up our time and we lapse into a pattern of reacting to opportunities rather than controlling our business destiny.
