I have over 30 years of senior sales and account management experience where face to face presentations and interviews formed a key part of the decision making process.
This experience has given me deep insights into how to interpret and respond to what clients are seeking during face to face and other formal and informal communications. I use this experience to give your team additional competitive advantage.
My role is to coach them individually on how to deliver your key messages in ways that ensure they are interesting and memorable working closely with each of them to further develop their existing communication skills through increased self-awareness. I achieve this by enabling them to express their individual expertise as well as behaving as one cohesive and integrated team, developing rapport, credibility and trust with prospective clients.
With over 6 years working as a buyer in the public sector Vicki has a finely tuned sense of exactly what buyers will be looking for in successful bids. Her ‘insider’s view’ of how bids are scored and evaluated ensures that your bid is focused on exactly the right points.
Through her specialist bid writing business Tender Victory she is accomplished at writing bids for private sector proposals and funding opportunities, and is recognised as a specialist in the public sector and EU tendering arena.
Vicki will ensure that your submission is responsive to the needs of the buyers, as well as demonstrating your unique expertise. She also has considerable experience of turning technically complex responses, into plain English proposals.
Ian brings over 30 years of senior management experience across all aspects of outsourcing, proposal writing, bid management and tender evaluation. Effective bid writing has been fundamental to his achievements.
Through Winning Tenders he has helped multi-national private sector organisations and UK public bodies to implement optimum outsourcing strategies. He has also been pivotal in developing a number of leading managed service companies, including the establishment of business development strategies, marketing campaigns, tendering activities and all back office functions.
He is an expert in establishing effective tendering processes and the successful pursuit of key tender opportunities. He also has extensive experience of international projects, change management and contract negotiation.
Ian is a director with board level and general management experience of marketing, business development, sales and operation of managed services in the printing, reprographics and document management sectors; his background is in public transport planning and management.
Often the seeds of a successful bid are sown well before the tender documents are released. Richard is a copywriter and content marketing specialist and owner of RSH Copywriting.
He specialises in creating engaging content in the form of website content, blog articles, white papers and ebooks which highlight your expertise and business values. He will help you use this content together with on-line networks to enhance your reputation, authority and influence within your industry and with potential clients.

Sally has recently joined Bid Coach to head up our behavioural assessment team, bringing her coaching expertise to bear for Top Tier contractors bidding for large scale infrastructure projects. She brings with her a wealth of experience in personal development, working with senior teams to achieve their business goals and understands well how to get the best out of individuals working outside their comfort zone.
Having been a Board Director in a large law firm, Sally set up her own business in 2010 to help businesses grow profitable business by engaging the talents of their people. Since joining forces with Bid Coach, all teams coached through the assessment centre process have achieved a top score in this part of the bid process.
